We offer a 14-day return policy on all unworn and undamaged jewellery items, starting from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including certificates or tags, and returned via a trackable shipping service. We regret that personalised or customised items cannot be returned or refunded.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
