What metal are the earrings made from?
Aluminium wire, in a silver or gold coating. These pieces are not genuine sterling silver or gold. They are free of nickel and brass and as such should not trigger sensitivites to those metals, however please be aware if you do have skin sensitivites or allergies as we cannot guarantee that some skin will not react.

Do the earrings come with hoop attachments?
No the wire piece is the only handmade part, with an option of a hook attachment or a caribiner attachment. The hoops and other earrings/studs pictured are not sold with the pieces but are just worn to show and style the pieces.

Can I wear these every day?
They can be worn often but should always be removed when sleeping, showering and exercising. They are handmade pieces bent from wire and as such are fragile to a degree. The wire has been prepared in such a way that they should not become misshaped when worn but should be handled with care and stored with care so as not to crush or bend the shape between wears. This is statement costume jewellery, not fine jewellery and therefore not waterproof.

Can I guarantee that a pair of earrings will look exactly the same?
Unfortunately no. These are handmade pieces and part of their beauty and charm is in the small imperfections. No two will ever be identical but will appear similar. Think ‘sisters, not twins’. Each part is bent into shape by hand and without the use of jigs or templates. Each piece is based on and aims to remain true to the essence of the photos provided for each product.

Can I return the item?
Given that we are a small team, and given the nature of earrings especially, we cannot take back any pieces that have been worn for hygiene reasons. If you feel that your product is faulty, please contact the team on info@chaostomagic.com and our team is aim to resolve this

I want to order for an event or a large quantity to gift. Can you facilitate this?
We can aim to arrange larger orders or quantities if given enough notice as these are handmade pieces and each piece is made to order. Please contact us on info@chaostomagic.com to discuss and we will try our best to facilitate this.
